Yellowtail is a type of Fish used in the Japanese dish of Sushi.
While infiltrating an underground H.A.R.M. facility located behind the Dumas Lumber Company location in the state of Washington, Cate Archer overheard two H.A.R.M. thugs talking about Sushi. One thug had just tried it the night before with his girlfriend. They had enjoyed Tuna, Yellowtail, Squid and other varieties. The second thug responded that he didn't even liked cooked fish.
