Terrence Sloggins is a scrawny henchman employed by H.A.R.M. in their bid to take over the world. He has a stuttering problem and a monotone voice. He and a second thug usually stay near The Director or Dmitrij Volkov.

While Cate Archer was infiltrating a Soviet Army base located in Siberia, she came across a photo of Sloggins and another H.A.R.M. henchman with Soviet General Nikolai Zhukov.

When Mr. Volkov was very upset due to Isako having failed to kill Miss Archer, he wanted some henchmen to be throwed into the Man-Handler. Terrence and the second henchman started pushing their colleagues into it, which turned them into Man-Crates.

While the Underwate Base the Aegean Sea was going to sink, Archer and Armstrong went to escape pod, where they found and disarmed some H.A.R.M. henchmen, including him.

At H.A.R.M. Headquarters, Sloggins was assigned to work in The Director's office. When The Director was getting ready to have Archer thrown into the Man-Handler torture device, Sloggins interrupted The Director to inform him that he had a Telephone call from his Mother. Considering that Terrence and "Number 2" behave themselves sillily, they might help Archer for the rescue.

Fourth Wall Breakage[]

In a moment of fourth-wall breakage, Archer can approach an elevator in the H.A.R.M. Headquarters in Japan and overhear this conversation.

"I don't care if he is the screenwriter's nephew. He better end up on the cutting room floor or you'll be hearing from my agent. Yes Bernard I realize that, but he's dreadful. Have you seen the dailys? He keeps looking at the camera. I only agreed to do this picture because you begged me, you begged me Bernard. I was up for a part in The Italian Job, but I turned it down for you. I could be working with Michael Caine and Noel Coward. Instead I'm stuck with Terrance bloody Sloggins the bloody screenwriters bloody nephew. Good bye Bernard, I'm hanging up on you now."
