Sugar is a natural sweetener used in many different food recipes.
While Cate Archer was infiltrating the Soviet Army base in Siberia, she discovered that the local sugar supply had been placed under lock and key. The sugar had been used to sabotage the Generator supplying power to the Electric Fence. After Archer was able to locate the sugar, she also used it to get past the electric fence.
Sugar is one of the ingredients for Russian Cabbage Soup.
