Russian Cabbage Soup
- 1 lb rump roast
- 1 medium head shredded cabbage
- 1 large onion
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp sugar
In large pot cover ingredients with cold water. Let stand for 1 hour. Boil 3 hours.
