A Passenger Roster is a document that lists all passengers on a Train.
When Cate Archer was smuggled onto the American Railways train passing through the state of Washington one of her first assignments was to find the Passenger Roster. After locating this item in the Conductor's office, Archer could then locate her contact who was also on board the train.
