Mr. Jones is the director/chief of UNITY. He features prominently in The Operative: No One Lives Forever. He is less prominently featured in the sequel. Mr. Jones has been an officer in the British Army during World War II. Mr. Jones is an overweight, bald person and is mostly seen wearing a black suit and black tie. He is not as negative towards Cate Archer and the idea of female operatives as Mr. Smith, but he only allows Cate to perform the high-profile missions because of the huge shortage of manpower.
