Mr. Jones is the director of UNITY. He features prominently in The Operative: No One Lives Forever. He is less prominently featured in the sequel. Mr. Jones has been an officer in the British Army during World War II. Mr. Jones is a fat, bald person and is mostly seen wearing a black suit and black tie. He is not as negative towards Cate Archer and female operatives as Mr. Smith , but he only allows Cate to perform this high-profile missions because of the huge shortage of manpower.
