Morris Monroe was the United States Ambassador to West Germany who was vacationing in Marrakech Morocco in 1967. Part of his itinerary included playing Golf and visiting Madam Sasha's.

Monroe was marked for assassination by an organization called H.A.R.M. Cate Archer and Bruno Lawrie are assigned to protect the Ambassador in Misfortune in Morocco. After hearing the Ambassador tell a Tourist that he didn't have a Dime (the tourist was asking for the time), Archer and Bruno prevented Assassins from shooting Monroe near the Le Chameau Heureux Hotel. Afterwards they cover him as he enters, and then promptly leaves a store.

While on his way the the Airport, the near deaf Monroe believes he was insulted by the taxi driver and demands to be let out of the car. Monroe gets out of the taxi and a black car slows down in front of him and a gunshot can be heard. When the black car pulls away Monroe is lying dead on the ground with a red lily beside him.

Trivia

  • Judging by the sound of the gunshots, Monroe was killed with the Geldmacher SVD.
  • His age is unknown. He is portrayed as almost deaf and incredibly nearsighted, with an arrogant personality.
