Meteors hitting the H.A.R.M. Space Station.
A Meteor (also called Meteorites) are rocks hurling through space. A group of meteors are called a meteor shower.

While Cate Archer was infiltrating the H.A.R.M. Space Station in orbit over Earth, she came across several Intelligence items showing a group of meteor showers passing Mars and heading towards the station. As she was shutting off a force field using the Code Breaker, she overheard two H.A.R.M. scientists talking about how the Electronic Super Analyzer Apparatus couldn't calculate the probability of meteors hitting the station. When the meteors hit the station, it caused a large amount of damage. Inhabitants of the station had to use Escape Pods to evacuate.

When John Jack was in orbit over the Moon, Il Pazzo sent some of his goons out to kill him. Before the first one could complete the task, he was hit by a meteorite which allowed Jack to grab his Laser Rifle and defend himself from the continued attack.
