The Katakuri Ninja Clan was an organization of ninjas based out of Inotakimura, Japan. At the time of the events seen in No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way, the leader of the clan is Isako. Because of her debt to The Director, the clan is currently working for H.A.R.M.
The clan currently runs the town of Inotakimura and can give orders to the citizens living with the area. On the date they were expecting a visit from Cate Archer, a curfew had been enforced from 6:00pm to 6:00am.
The Katakuri clan has had conflicts with the Oshii Ninja Clan. A month before Cate's visit, the Katakuri clan performed a raid on Oshii headquarters. This action used up all of the food budget for the clan.
