The logo of the Katakuri Ninja Clan
The Katakuri Ninja Clan was an organization of ninjas based out of Inotakimura, Japan. At the time of the events seen in No One Lives Forever 2: A Spy in H.A.R.M.'s Way, the leader of the clan is Isako. Because of her debt to The Director, the clan is currently working for H.A.R.M. Many of the ninjas within the clan despised The Director for the way he treated Isako.
The clan currently runs the town of Inotakimura and can give orders to the citizens living with the area. On the date they were expecting a visit from Cate Archer, a curfew had been enforced from 6:00pm to 6:00am.
The Katakuri clan has had conflicts with the Oshii Ninja Clan. A month before Cate's visit, the Katakuri clan performed a raid on Oshii headquarters. This action used up all of the food budget for the clan.
Because Cate Archer was revealed to be alive, Isako and her clan were sent again to kill her. After Archer escaped H.A.R.M. underground headquarters, they ambushed her. Isako was defeated, so The Director wanted to kill her. However, Cate Archer has saved her life, thus freeing Isako and The Katakuri clan from debt to the villain. Isako has been indebted to Miss Archer since that, but the spy only wanted the ninja to stop trying to kill her.
It's unknown what they will do from now, but they'll probably help Cate Archer in her future adventures.
