The South Harbor
Helsinki is the largest city (and capitol) of Finland. It is located on the southern coast of the country.
On September 14, 1967: Dmitrij Volkov kills a UNITY agent at the South Harbor of Helsinki, Finland. It was the seventh agent killed in the past ten days.
