The H.A.R.M. Mainframe Computer is one of the strategic points located within the H.A.R.M. Headquarters under Inotakimura, Japan. It is a computer used to help run the H.A.R.M. organization.
After Cate Archer escaped The Director's plan to have the Man-Handler dispose of her, she used an Explosive to destroy the H.A.R.M. Mainframe. This hindered future H.A.R.M. plans.
