Fist of Injustice is a criminal organization that is operational in the 1960's. According to the H.A.R.M. employee who developed Artificial Lava, Fist of Injustice is a third rate corporation. Only known for kidnappings, extortion and the petty kind of stuff that any guy with a two car garage and a mental disorder could pull off.

"There is more evil in our (H.A.R.M.'s) daycare center than in all of Fist of Injustice."

However in the media and the criminal industry, Fist of Injustice has a better reputation. This is due to the fact that the organization hired a top rate design firm that designed the science fiction medieval dungeon style lair. This lair not only impressed the media, but other members of the criminal industry.

The criminal magazine, Criminality Monthly did a profile feature of Fist of Injustice in their latest issue in 1968.

While Cate Archer was sneaking around the new Dumas Industrial Enterprises tower that was under construction, she overheard two Dumas employees talking about the bad payment schedule that Fist of Injustice used to pay their employees. Not only were the paydays not on a set schedule, but the employees did not know how much they would be making each payday. This was due to the "profit" sharing program that Fist of Injustice had enacted. If one month was worse than the previous month, it was possible that the paycheck could have been half of what they had earned the month before. This obviously caused a lot of dissension among the ranks.

The same two employees were talking about how Fist of Injustice had a plot that was centered in Taiwan. One of the members of the organization had "got a conscience and ratted out to the cops." Because of this Fist of Injustice lost about 30 guys. The person who informed the authorities was later turned into shark food.
