The First Bank of Stucky was a financial institution that was serving customers in Ohio (and possibly other customers in the United States) in the 1960s.
In 1968, Mr. Hickey applied for a loan from the First Bank of Stucky in order to purchase a mobile home. He was informed by Mr. Dullwhittle that the bank could not provide him a loan due to his recent bankruptcy. Cate Archer found the letter informing Mr. Hickey of the banks decision at the Serenity Valley Trailer Court while fighting off Isako and her Ninjas.
