Finland flag

Finland (Finnish: Suomi); officially the Republic of Finland (Finnish: Suomen tasavalta) is a country in northern Europe. Sweden is on the western border. Norway lies on the northern border and the Soviet Union is located just to the east of Finland.

In September of 1967, Dmitrij Volkov killed one of the agents working for UNITY in Finland.

West German custom officials had discovered some suspicious containers on a Finnish cargo freighter. Instead of confiscating the material, they informed UNITY so that it could be tracked to it's destination.

While infiltrating a Soviet Army base in Siberia, Cate Archer found a memo from Pupkov Laboratory describing the results of Project Eyes Wide Open. The control group that did not take Cigarettes and Coffee (Group B) was based in Finland.
