In the late 1960's Fiji was still a Crown Colony run under British rule. It is a series of islands located just under 3,000 miles (4328 kilometers) east of Australia.
After Dr. Harij had been rescued by John Jack on the Moon, he presented a series of proposals to H.A.R.M. One of these proposals was dealing with the benefits of isolation (something Dr. Harij had just experienced being stranded on the Moon) by dropping H.A.R.M. recruits into shark cages for extended periods of time off the coast of Fiji. He believed that it would have the same benefits as the Moon isolation, but with much better accommodations for the supervisors.
- It was never discovered if this proposal was accepted by H.A.R.M.
