Fez is a large city in Morocco just north of the town of Azrou.
While waiting to ambush Cate Archer at the Grand Caravan Hotel in Marrakech, a H.A.R.M. thug was talking with a tourist information clerk. This clerk recommend that the thug take his wife to Azrou instead of Fez for a romantic getaway.
UNITY has a safe house in Fez. Cate Archer used this safe house to question a H.A.R.M. thug (who had a Masters Degree in Economics from Princeton University) about the location of Dmitrij Volkov.
