The Eiffel Tower is an artistic tower that was built in Paris, France. It is one of the recognizable symbols of the city.
H.A.R.M. employee Frank had just received an offer from Sanctimonious Evil in 1967. He had written a letter to Morton talking about a rumor that Sanctimonious Evil was planning something big involving the Eiffel Tower and 6,000 rolls of Toilet Paper.
