The Deutschmark (aka DM) is the currency of West Germany in the 1960's.
When Cate Archer was sneaking around the Das Einsame Valkyrie club in Hamburg she found a memo from Arno Kirchner offering to pay 50 DM for any employee who turned in another employee for sleeping while on duty.
While trying to escape from the sinking Freighter Lorelei, Archer found a folder containing piece 99825-978 of the CT-180 Utility Launcher, a toothbrush and 50 DM.
