Coconut Milk is a Milk-like liquid that is made from ground up coconuts. It is common where coconuts are regularly grown such as the South Pacific.
In the special Game of the Year edition of The Operative: No One Lives Forever there is a bonus mission where Cate Archer is sent to a remote tropical island in the South Pacific. This island also held a secret H.A.R.M. base. Within the base, Archer found a memo that, in lieu of pay this month, all H.A.R.M. employees could enjoy free Bananas and Coconut Milk in the main lava tube.
