Carlisle was one of the members of Club Metropole in Monte Carlo, Monaco. He frequently provided Cigars from Havana, Cuba that he obtained from a friend who was in the import/export business. He also drank Cognac.
On September 19 at 5:00pm Carlisle and the other members present at Club Metropole died when Maurice Albert exploded after being infected with Dr. Otto Schenker's Bio-Weapon formula.
